Refund & Return Policy
Effective July 18, 2026
Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery or pickup to request a return. Approval is required before mailing or bringing back an item.
Defective or incorrect items
If an eligible product is defective or we sent the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description or photos of the issue. We may test returned products. We will first offer a replacement when available; otherwise, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned with its original components and in substantially the same condition received.
- Sealed merchandise must remain unopened unless it is defective.
- Serial numbers, security marks, and product condition must match our sale records.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items not eligible for return
- Trading cards, collectibles, clearance items, and products marked “Final Sale,” except when materially misdescribed or defective.
- Digital codes, downloadable products, gift cards, or activated software.
- Items damaged, modified, opened, or misused after delivery.
- Items missing parts, labels, or accessories supplied with the purchase.
Shipping and refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Play Again sent an incorrect or defective item. Original shipping charges are not refundable except when the return resulted from our error. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. PayPal and financial institutions control final posting times, so funds are not guaranteed to appear immediately.
Lost or damaged shipments
Contact us promptly if a package arrives damaged or tracking shows a delivery problem. Keep the packaging and provide photos when requested so we can work with the carrier. We cannot guarantee approval of a carrier claim, but we will reasonably assist.
