Products and condition

Play Again sells new and pre-owned games, consoles, cards, and collectibles. Pre-owned items may show normal wear. The product listing, stated condition, included components, and disclosed defects form part of the sale. Colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen.

Orders and availability

Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance. Inventory may be limited to one unit. We may cancel or refund an order affected by unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, or shipping restrictions. We will contact you when reasonably possible.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown during checkout when available. Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal’s terms also apply to its services.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States and offer local pickup when shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Pickup customers may be required to show order confirmation and identification.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Abuse, return fraud, chargeback fraud, or substitution of products may result in rejection of a return and restriction of future purchases.

Website use

You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse checkout and promotional features.

Third-party services

PayPal, carriers, social media sites, and other third parties operate under their own terms. Play Again is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, outage, policy, or processing time.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
